Privacy policy
We only store what we need to give you CreaPaza. Here you can see what that is, and what you decide yourself.
Data controller
OnPrint A/S, CVR no. [CVR number], [address], is the data controller for the information CreaPaza processes about you. Write to [contact email] if you have questions.
What we store
- Your account: name, email, password (only as an encrypted fingerprint), language and, if you turn them on, two-factor authentication and passkeys.
- Your content: your designs, folders and uploads.
- Premium: your Stripe customer number and the status of your subscription. Your card details go straight to Stripe.
- Operations and security: IP address and technical logs for a short time, so we can keep the service running and stop abuse.
Why, and on what basis
- To give you CreaPaza, as you asked us to (our agreement with you, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act when you pay (a legal obligation, point (c)).
- To keep the service secure and stable (our legitimate interest, point (f)).
Who helps us
Stripe handles payments. Cloudflare delivers the website quickly and securely. [Hosting provider] runs the servers CreaPaza runs on. They may only use the information to help us.
When you search for photos, we pass your search words – but not who you are – on to Openverse.
Stripe and Cloudflare may process information in the USA. This is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account. Designs you move to the bin are deleted after 30 days. If you delete your account, we delete your designs and uploads. We keep payment records for five years after the end of the financial year, as the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we have stored about you and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You can also object to how we process it or ask us to restrict it.
You can change your name, email and password yourself in Settings, and download your designs from the editor. You delete your account under Settings ▸ Profile. For anything else, ask us at [contact email].
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
