Terms of use for CreaPaza
This is what you and we can expect of each other when you use CreaPaza. We have written these terms as plainly as we can.
Who we are
CreaPaza is published by OnPrint A/S, CVR no. [CVR number], [address] (“we”). You can write to us at [contact email].
These terms apply when you use CreaPaza, and you accept them when you create an account.
Your account
Give your real name and an email address you can access. Keep your password to yourself – you are responsible for what happens in your account. Write to us if you think someone else has got into it.
Your content
What you make and upload is yours. You only allow us to do what it takes to store your designs, show them to you and make the files you download.
Only upload images and text you have the right to use, and nothing that is illegal or infringes on others.
Templates, photos, graphics and fonts
You may use CreaPaza’s templates, graphics and fonts in your own designs, including for your business. You may not sell or pass them on as they are, or as part of another template collection.
Photos come from several sources, and each photo has its own licence. The licence, and any credit it requires, is shown with the photo in the editor.
Premium and payment
Premium is a subscription paid in advance, a month or a year at a time. The price is shown on the pricing page before you buy.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and it then runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you buy a subscription. To withdraw, write to us at [contact email] within those 14 days.
When you buy, you ask us to give you Premium straight away. If you then withdraw, you only pay for the days you had access, and we refund the rest.
Printing with OnPrint
If you order printing from OnPrint, OnPrint’s own terms of sale apply to that order.
When something goes wrong
We work hard to make CreaPaza work and be reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Download a copy of the designs that matter to you.
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under Danish law.
If you want to stop
You can delete your account at any time under Settings ▸ Profile. We then delete your designs and uploads. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Danish law applies. If you are a consumer and disagree with us, you can complain to the Danish Board of Appeals (Nævnenes Hus).
